Project Executive – Heavy Highway / Civil (Water & Wastewater)
Location: Dallas, Texas

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic leadership and oversight for heavy highway, civil, and water and wastewater construction operations in the Dallas area. This role will oversee multiple projects and project teams, ensuring successful delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Heavy Highway, Civil, and water and wastewater construction, including senior leadership roles
• Proven experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects and project teams
• Strong background in operations, financial management, and project controls
• Experience with bridges, concrete structures, mass excavation, underground utilities, and water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop project management teams
• Strong communication skills with owners, partners, and internal leadership
• 4-year technical degree required

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for heavy highway, civil, and water and wastewater construction projects
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers
• Ensure projects meet financial, schedule, quality, and safety objectives
• Support business development, pursuit strategy, and client relationships
• Review project performance, risk, and forecasting
• Drive operational excellence and consistency across project teams
• Act as a key liaison with owners, municipalities, and executive leadership
