• Must communicate effectively with engineers and owners to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements.
• Design Build Experience Preferred and Proven Track Record of Winning Large Project Bids Required.
• Must have a 4-Year Technical Degree, HCSS experience, and strong analytical skills.

 10 + Years of Experience on Heavy Highway Projects as an Underground Wet Utilities Superintendent
Manage and oversee the activities and construction associated with highway wet utilities and drainage /heavy civil projects.
Work with project management to derive construction schedules, progress estimates, change orders, and report work completed to date.
Manage field operations and coordinate work with other personnel and subcontractors.
Perform material and quantity estimates for various phases and scopes of work completed.
Work with project owners and engineers to achieve required results.
Maintain daily progress reports.

Work with operations manager to ensure adequate manpower and equipment is allocated to the project.

• 7+ Years of Experience as a Project Manager on Heavy Highway Projects
• Management  of Daily, Weekly and Monthly cost and Budgets, Oversight of Project Personnel, Project Schedule, Subcontractors, and all Correspondence with Owner.
• Experience with Mass Excavation, Concrete Structures, Bridges and Underground Utilities.
• Must Have a 4 Year Technical Degree

• 3+ Years of Experience on Heavy Highway/Civil Projects.
• BSCE or Construction Management Degree
• Responsibilities include tracking costs, quantities, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Must have strong technical and computer skills.
• P6 and HCSS are a plus. Design Build Experience Strongly Preferred.
