| Our Client a $100M+ Heavy Highway/Civil General Contractor is currently recruiting for an Asphalt Paving Foreman in Houston, TX. Must have 5+ years of asphalt paving experience on projects $5M+ with a proven track record of bringing in jobs on time and within budget. Must be able to run crews, schedule trucks, run equipment, understand yields, milling, and know asphalt mats. Enforce Safety Policies and Practices. Effective Communication Skills and Ability to Build Relationships. Coordination of craft personnel, material, and equipment to meet schedules. Base salary of $100K-$110K DOE.
