Responsibilities include managing the preparation of civil estimates for projects, including bridges, concrete structures, mass excavation, and underground utilities.

Must communicate effectively with engineers and owners to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements.

Design Build Experience Preferred and Proven Track Record of Winning Large Project Bids Required.

Must have a 4-Year Technical Degree, HCSS experience, and strong analytical skills.
