• 8+ Years of Experience on Heavy Highway Projects.
• Responsibilities include managing the preparation of civil estimates for projects, including bridges, concrete structures, mass excavation, and underground utilities.
• Must communicate effectively with engineers and owners to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements.
• Design Build Experience Preferred and Proven Track Record of Winning Large Project Bids Required.
• Must have a 4-Year Technical Degree, HCSS experience, and strong analytical skills.
