Estimator – Heavy Highway / Civil
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support heavy highway and civil construction projects in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience on Heavy Highway / Civil projects
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, paving, structures, and underground utilities
• Experience preparing quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid proposals
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with estimating software and Excel required

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Develop pricing for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Assist with bid preparation, reviews, and submissions
• Support project handoff from estimating to project management
