Scheduler – Heavy Highway / Civil
Location: Austin, Texas

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support heavy highway and civil construction projects in the Austin area. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to support successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience on Heavy Highway / Civil construction projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 required
• Experience with CPM scheduling, schedule updates, and schedule impact analysis
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and work logic
• Excellent computer skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work closely with project management and field teams

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Maintain and update schedules based on project progress and field input
• Perform schedule analysis, progress tracking, and look-ahead schedules
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts
• Prepare schedule reports for project teams and ownership
• Support recovery schedules and time impact analyses as needed
• Coordinate scheduling efforts with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers
