Our Client a $500M+ Heavy Highway/Civil General Contractor is currently recruiting for a Roadway Superintendent in San Antonio, TX. Ideal candidate will be well versed in paving, dirt, pipe, concrete, asphalt, and utilities.

Must have 10+ years of heavy highway construction experience on projects $50M+ with a proven track record of bringing in jobs on time and within budget.

Must be able to Interpret and Implement Construction Plans, Enforce Safety Policies and Practices. Effective Communication Skills and Ability to Build Relationships with Owners, Project Managers, and Subcontractors. Coordination of craft personnel, material, and equipment to meet schedules.

Base salary of $130K-$150K DOE.
