Senior Estimator – Heavy Highway / Civil
Location: Dallas, Texas

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the preparation of estimates for large-scale heavy highway and civil construction projects in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on Heavy Highway construction projects
• 4-year technical degree required
• Experience with HCSS preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of civil estimates for heavy highway projects
• Prepare estimates for bridges, concrete structures, mass excavation, and underground utilities
• Communicate effectively with engineers and owners to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements
• Support bid strategy and ensure accuracy and competitiveness of project estimates
• Contribute to successful pursuit and execution of large-scale project bids

Preferred Experience

• Design-Build experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of winning large project bids required
